Respite Care

From time to time, parents need a temporary break from the daily demands of caring for their adult child. Rainbow Omega can help by providing short-term respite care so that parents can travel, receive medical treatment, or just take a break. Participants stay in one of the homes in our community, work in our vocational center, and form new friendships.

In 2007, Rainbow Omega provided 16 families with a total of 89 days of respite care. If you would like more information on our respite services, please contact Bill Glass by calling 256-831-0919 x. 226.
